Love?
When you think about it, players have it fairly easy. They don’t get emotionally attached to a person. They don’t fall in ‘love’. They just get what they want, and leave happily. Then, there’s people like me. People who fall in love. People who give all of themselves to that one person. Once in love, it’s like your brain loses every last bit of its function. Your heart paves the road which you follow. No matter how much you get hurt, no matter how much you hurt your loved one, no matter how emotionally distraught you may be, you don’t want to leave. Your mind might tell you to go, but your heart tells you to stay because you love this person unconditionally. And the truth is, your heart will always win. Love leaves us stupid and foolish. However, even under all of this mess, love is the most beautiful thing this world has to offer, because at the end of the day, after all of the chaos and destruction, there is absolutely no one else you would rather be with. That is the beauty of love.
